Najeeb A. Khan
Najeeb A. Khan is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Interlogic Outsourcing, Inc. ( IOI ® ) and affiliated companies.
IOI is the successor to Interlogic Systems, Inc. (ISI) a company Najeeb established in 1987.
Under his leadership, Najeeb has grown IOI from a local operation to one of the nation’s leading, award winning cloud-based payroll and human resources management solutions providers, with 10 locations across the United States.

Prior to founding ISI, Najeeb served as Vice President of Commercial Services for Midwest Commerce Data Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of NBD Midwest Commerce Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics/ computer science from Grand Valley State University.
Bob came to IOI, formerly known as ISI, in 1988 and currently serves as IOI’s Treasurer.

Prior to joining the IOI team, Bob spent 16 years as a controller in the financial services industry. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. John Fisher College.
Nick Suranyi, Chief Technology Officer, came to IOI in 2014. In his role, Nick oversees technology architecture and directs application development aligned with operational growth strategies.

Nick joined IOI with combined 18 years of experience in both consulting and corporate technology with a focus on technology architecture, implementation and strategy. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science degree in business with a concentration in management of information systems from Indiana University.
Paul McCormick began his career with IOI in 2000. As Senior Vice President, Paul oversees information technology, production, customer service and facility operations for IOI and all affiliated companies.

Prior to IOI, Paul spent more than 20 years in operations related roles in the industries of finance and steel manufacturing. He studied business and management at Tri-State College.
Marietta Barnett joined IOI, formerly known as ISI, in 1993. Having filled various positions such as Branch Manager, Vice President of Systems Implementation and Vice President of Sales, Marietta currently serves as Vice President of Employer Services for Nonprofits.

Prior to joining the IOI team, Marietta spent 16 years in information technology system automation in the manufacturing industry.
Chuck Tiebout, Vice President of Technology Development, has been with IOI since 2010. Overseeing all application development, Chuck is responsible for analyzing necessary updates and enhancements and integrating new products into the IOI technology platform.

Chuck brings to IOI more than 15 years of experience in software engineering, where he has managed security, preferences, application framework and all user interface design. Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science degree in organizational management from Tusculum College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Tennessee.
Keith Knight began his career with IOI in 2010 and currently serves as the Vice President of Finance and Accounting, overseeing all accounting, strategic growth budgets, departmental allocations and pricing models.

Keith spent more than 5 years in public accounting and 3 years in banking prior to joining IOI. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University, with additional concentrated course work in Accounting and Management after receiving his Bachelor’s degree.
