If you are an employee and you are trying to retrieve your pay stub or W2, IOI is not able to reset your password; for the sake of security, only the Administrator at your place of employment has that authority.
Please make certain the screen you are trying to log into says “Employee Self Service Station” at the top. If not, click the button on the top of this website that says Employee Login. Please note both user IDs and passwords are case sensitive.
You may also wish to try using MobileESS, the link is https://secure.ioipay.com/MobileESS
If you are not able to access, please contact your company HR or Payroll person who serves as your Employee Self Service Administrator to retrieve your User ID or reset your IOI Employee Self Service password. They may also need to activate your user account if you recently registered.
If your local administrator has a problem retrieving your User ID or performing a password reset, please have them contact IOI for assistance.
