You can get help 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling 1-800-284-6795. This number is used for both routine support (like requesting a balance) to something more serious (like reporting a card lost or stolen). You will always have a choice in the automated system to transfer to a Customer Service Representative.

Privacy

Your employer has no access to any employee's card statement or transaction information and cannot assist you with questions regarding balances or transaction. All transaction questions should be directed to Customer Service at 1-800-284-6795. If you have questions specific to your pay or the amount of pay deposited onto your account, you should contact your manager or your payroll representative.
