Report Distribution

Report distribution can be handled by one of two methods. The first method would be for all the checks and payroll reports to be printed on paper and then packaged for delivery via a method of your choice. The payroll would arrive at your office, and you would review and file them conventionally. However, IOIPay also offers an electronic Report Archive that stores your reports in PDF format for your review online. If you decide that you want to print the report, you simply download it and print it using your locally attached or network printer. Both methods are described in further detail below:

Conventional Reporting

  • Using our large-capacity printers, IOI will take the payroll report output and print them on physical paper.
  • If a special form is required, such as for address or timecard labels, IOI will provide and print those for you.
  • When all the printing activity has been completed, including generating paychecks, IOI will gather them and package them in a secure mailer and send them to you via overnight service.
  • After you receive your reports, you'll review them and perform your normal duties, which might include posting G/L, wiring funds to cover payroll and tax-filing expenses, etc.
  • Key reports include the Payroll Check Register that shows the periodic payroll activity by employee check number, and the Payroll Reconciliation Summary that shows you both employer and employee tax-filing, direct deposit and debit activity that's performed on your behalf.
  • Most employers typically want their paychecks with a company logo, a digital signature from an officer of the company and stuffed into envelopes, so they can hand the paychecks out to their employees.

Electronic Reporting

  • One of the most remarkable aspects of IOIPay is the fact that you can receive your payroll reports within two hours of closing your payroll activity for that pay cycle!
  • This is accomplished with our integrated Report Archive product, which presents the reports through your browser in PDF format. By installing the widely accepted and used Adobe Acrobat Reader in your browser, you will gain nearly instantaneous access to the full report range of our product. The resulting reports are so close to our own paper-generated reports that they are difficult to distinguish.
  • Whether you just wish to view reports online for reference, or download the full report and print locally on your own printer, is up to your own preference.
  • Currently, Interlogic Outsourcing, Inc. will expedite checks to you via an overnight service.
  • With IOIPay's historical processing capabilities, you can have any standard or optional payroll report generated from any prior payroll that was processed. Reports that are archived for you on our server are available to you 24 hours a day, so you don't have to worry about misplacing a physical hard copy.
