Security & Privacy

We take security seriously at Interlogic Outsourcing, Inc., since we are dealing with sensitive payroll and tax information, not to mention employee's personal demographic information. That is why we have implemented numerous security defenses to protect our users. These security countermeasures are summarized below:

  • Each of our web pages that contain company or employee information is secured using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) which works behind the scenes in your browser by encrypting the communications traffic between our web servers and your browser. You know you are in a secured page because you should see a golden padlock icon in the lower right-hand side of Internet Explorer.
  • We also use logon and password protection before entering IOIPay from IOI. Unless you are a validated user, having explicitly been given access permission by our staff, you will not be permitted to get into the system.
  • Each of our screens works on a company-by-company basis, and before you can see the information in another company, you must have been given rights to it by one of our Customer Service personnel. Additionally, once inside a specific company number, you are not permitted to see any information outside of the scope of that company number because each screen is constrained to that data.
  • At the current time, IOIPay does not permit access at the employee level. It is only usuable by the payroll data-entry or human resource contact(s) within your organization. This minimizes the scope and visibility of who can see what information.
  • When viewing online reports in Report Archive, we perform all of the security checking to ensure that you are never able to see reports from other companies. Only your reports are visible.
