Payroll Turnaround

Traditional payroll processing has always required an overnight batch process. That's because payrolls were input throughout the day and evening, then processed on large mainframe batch systems, output was printed, and then the payroll would be ready for packaging and distribution so delivery could occur.

With IOIPay and Report Archive, this long process is no longer required!


Once you indicate that your payroll is finished and you submit it, it becomes available to process almost immediately. Some of the byproducts of payroll are checks and management reports.

By archiving these production reports within two hours of the payroll being run, we can notify you via email that your payroll has been completed and that your reports are ready to view online and/or download for printing on your local printer.

To access your reports, simply logon to IOIPay, navigate to the Reports module, locate the Report Archive tab, and click on any one of the many reports that are available. We will then display a list of all your payroll reports (both current and prior payrolls), so you can choose what payroll period to view.


By clicking on the specific report you wish to see, you'll load the Adobe PDF viewer in your browser to view page after page of detail.
