Our Windows PC-based time and attendance system allows you to track employees' time. The system also allows you to apply customized company policies to each employee time punch. For businesses where PCs are available for employees to punch in and punch out, our PC product simulates a time clock, freeing employees from conventional time clock use.

Accurately track employee labor costs
The system allows employees to manage organizational levels (department/location)
and job transfers at the clock. This transfer function provides accounting departments
with job-cost labor distribution or job-cost labor hours for manufacturing or
enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Adjust daily labor usage to match expenses to budget
Our system provides actual hours by cost centers, jobs or departments—up
to 10 organizational levels—to allow you to rebalance labor when necessary.
The system also produces reports of overtime hours to assist in budget and labor
management.

The employee scheduler will automatically notify you when an employee is late
or absent.
Eliminate error-prone manual processes 
Electronic timekeeping eliminates the need to manually calculate hours and provides
information to a payroll, job cost or manufacturing system. Hours accumulate
automatically and can be imported to other systems, eliminating duplicate data
entry and manual errors.
Automatically rings bell
The time-clock system allows you to set up multiple ringing bells to indicate
shift start, stop, lunch and break times.
Assists in scheduling
We provide a complete scheduling system and standard schedule templates. Templates
can be used for preparing and tracking groups of employees with identical schedules.
Spreadsheet-style entries can be used to schedule employees individually. Using
the scheduling system, employee time calculations are based upon company policies.
Employees punching in unnecessarily early will no longer cost the company money.
Pay can be based on the employee’s schedule.
Provides demographic data
Our time-clock software stores employees' names, addresses, telephone numbers,
job assignments and rates for multiple jobs. It also allows for a note section
and employee photo.
Automatically calculates holiday pay
Based upon your company policies, the system can pay employees without operator
data input. The system allows for qualifiers, such as the number of days employed,
and if the employee is required to work the day before and after a holiday.
Track employees hours easily with Model 300/3000
With this state-of-the-art time clock, businesses can track in and out times,
lunch times and break times, as well as job, work order or department transfers.
The Model 300 holds up to 1,000 employee punches while the model 3000
holds up to 2,500 punches. The timeclock can be connected to a timekeeper's
PC using direct cabling or using telephone lines communicating via modem.
How the time clock works
An employee clocks in by using pre-issued barcode badges or using the keypad to enter a valid employee number. Punches are collected from the time clock and posted to the employee's electronic time card, where a company's specific employment policies are applied. Exceptions are noted and corrected at the host PC. The end result is a summary file ready for the payroll system.
