Najeeb A. Khan
President

Najeeb Khan is the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Interlogic Outsourcing, Inc., ("IOI") which has its principal office in Elkhart, Indiana. IOI is the successor to Interlogic Systems, Inc. ("ISI"), a company that Mr. Khan established in 1987.

Through Mr. Khan's leadership, the IOI payroll business has grown from a local operation in Elkhart, Indiana, to one of the nation's leading payroll processing providers, with offices in Elkhart and Fort Wayne, Indiana, Grand Rapids, Michigan, Tampa, Florida, and Phoenix, Arizona. IOI provides a wide range of payroll processing and administrative services, as well as human resource technology.

IOI has been recognized by its peers as a national leader in the payroll industry. In 2006 and 2007 IOI was awarded the Service Award for Large Service Bureau by the Independent Payroll Providers Association.

Prior to founding ISI, Mr. Khan served as Vice President of Commercial Services for Midwest Commerce Data Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of NBD Midwest Commerce Bank. He was responsible for the strategic management of the commercial services division, which provided outsourcing solutions for payroll, accounting and inventory controls to diverse businesses. Mr. Khan served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CNA UniSource from 1998 through 2001.

Mr. Khan currently serves as a Trustee of Memorial Health Foundation, the Community Foundation of St. Joseph County, the Studebaker National Museum, and is a member of the Finance Committee for Memorial Health Systems. Mr. Khan, also, is a Director of the Independent Payroll Providers Association.

Mr. Khan received a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics/computer science from Grand Valley State University, Michigan.

Mr. Khan and his wife, Nancy, have a daughter, Sarah, who is a high school junior.

Paul McCormick
Vice President of Operations

Paul oversees all of Production, Courier Fleet , Customer Service and the IT department. With a technical and production background, Paul brings high energy and efficiency to the company's dynamic. Paul brings to IOI several years of Management and Operations background. He began working with Najeeb A. Khan back in 2000 during the ISI/CNA UniSource days. He helped establish and implement change control guidelines for hardware and software changes being made to the environment. He was also instrumental in coordinating and establishing the company's disaster relief recovery plan.

Wendra Johnson
Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Wendra is responsible for marketing IOI's products and services and maintaining growing national sales. She oversees all of the company's sales force by lending support to Branch Managers and sales representatives on a national level. She brings on board years of experience in leadership and organizational skill management. In addition, she manages her marketing staff to help build brand awareness and implement effective marketing strategies for the company and individual branches.

Marietta Barnett
VP Employer Services for Religious Org.

Previously employed with ISI for nine years, Marietta has served as a branch manager and vice president of systems implementation. She was also a member of the team that developed the Raptor payroll system and IOI's web payroll product, IOIPay. She enjoys "working with our clients to continue to provide the best solution for their payroll and HR requirements."
