If you are an employee and you are trying to retrieve your pay stub or W2, IOIPay is not able to reset your password; for the sake of security, only the Administrator at your place of employment has that authority.
Please make certain the screen you are trying to log into says “Employee Self Service Station” at the top. If not, click the button on the top of this website that says Employee Login. Please note both user IDs and passwords are case sensitive.
If your local administrator has a problem retrieving your User ID or performing a password reset, please have them contact IOIPay for assistance.
